Led by Chicago's own Jonathan Porter from Chicago Pizza Tours, this event offers a deep dive into the rich history and flavors of three standout pizzerias, each showcasing a unique style:
Ranalli's Lincoln Park: Known for its inviting atmosphere and a menu featuring specialty pizzas, signature appetizers, hearty sandwiches, and fresh salads, Ranalli's offers a quintessential tavern-style pizza experience.
Professor Pizza: Renowned for its authentic grandma-style pizza, Professor Pizza brings a unique twist to traditional recipes, delivering a delightful square-shaped pie with a thick, crispy crust and rich toppings.
Zazas Pizzeria: Celebrated for its remarkable New York–style pizzas, Zazas crafts pies with a complex flavor profile and better digestibility, thanks to their dough's 48-hour fermentation process.
Tickets are priced at $89, covering transportation to each location, a variety of pizza samples, and beverages. With only 20 spots available, we encourage you to secure your tickets early to ensure participation in this unique gastronomic adventure. All proceeds directly support Doughnate Pizza's efforts to provide meals to those in need.
